Is real estate your hustle?

Real Estate's a big, big business; it involves:

• Mortgages,

• Landscape design,

• Interior design,

• Showing,

• And selling homes

I chose to become an agent.

If you're interested in becoming an agent here in lower Fairfield County Connecticut, you're going to take a 60 hour Principles and Practices Course. After you pass that course, you're going to take a state and national exam, and once you pass those exams you're going to affiliate with the broker.

Once you join the brokerage, you'll take some classes…

But wait! You're not done. Then you're going to join the local board of realtors, and the mission all it cost: about twenty-five hundred dollars to become a licensed realtor here in Lower Fairfield County Connecticut. Once you join the brokerage, you'll take some classes to learn the systems and processes to get you up and running; if you join a successful team, you can expect to do about two transactions per month.
