This is Lucy Magnus from The Charles Nedder Team. And I have been asked to talk a little bit about my journey into real estate. So that’s what I’ve done in the video, and that’s what I’m going to do today. 

So I have been selling real estate for eight months, and I came from a corporate recruiting background.I had done that for many, many years. 

I made the choice to join a team when coming right out of real estate school because I was really looking for a truly collaborative learning experience to follow that up. 

The Charles Nedder Team really afforded me a really excellent-sized, smaller team. There’s lots of education, training, and support from our team leader. He’s really given me the opportunity to jump right in. It’s been such a whirlwind. 

With the help of Charles Nedder and the team over the last eight months, I’ve been able to close 25 transactions. I really thank this team for that because the way the team's set up, the led programs that we're on, it's just so much, volume. And I’ve been able to really build a sphere of influence and, and a really strong client base with them. So this year I did $9,000,000 in sales volume and closed 25 transactions, and I know that next year this team will help me archive even more.

So if you’ve been thinking about getting into real estate, I would really recommend looking into a team. Start by really doing your homework, looking into what teams offer in general and what a specific team can provide for you, like what technology they have behind them. Then jump in and don’t look back.
